You want to know how to increase your manifesting power without spending hours writing affirmations or visualizing. Great! You’re in the right place. 

Start Manifesting with Clarity and Power

Maybe you haven’t been successful at manifesting.

Or perhaps you’re just getting started and want to get it right. Either way, you can incorporate these manifesting tips into your daily life without spending hours on your practice. In fact, if you can dedicate 10 to 20 minutes per day to your meditation and manifesting practice, you’ll be able to create dramatic results. 

There are specific techniques that I’ve used to make manifesting more effective.

How can I improve my manifesting power?

If you want to improve your manifesting power, the most important thing is to be clear on what you want to manifest and release the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. 

While this may seem obvious, let me go over the common barriers and traps people fall into so you see why this is so important. Lack of clarity is a major pitfall that many manifesters fall into!  

MANIFESTING PITFALL #1: Wanting to manifest something but holding onto counterproductive beliefs to your intention. 

Christie wants to manifest more money to make things easier for her family. 

She works on saying, “Money flows freely into my life.” However, she subconsciously believes that wanting more money is selfish and that money is evil.  

Her desire to manifest is at war with her limiting belief about money. This combination creates an outcome similar to driving a car with the parking brake on. She can only get so far without running into a problem!

Christie needs to work on the limiting beliefs holding her back. 

She must challenge these negative thoughts by considering how money has helped people.  Christie needs to understand and accept that money isn’t evil. Instead, she can find evidence for the opposing idea that how people choose to use money can be evil, but money itself is neutral.  She will move toward her intention more quickly once she releases this belief — much like the parking brake. 

MANIFESTING PITFALL #2: Wanting to manifest something but using statements such as, “I don’t want X.”

Marie wants to manifest a good relationship with a partner. She wants to settle down and get married. 

She says, “I don’t want to have any more flings. I don’t want a man that never listens to me, and I don’t want a player!” 

While it may be true that Marie doesn’t want these things, the subconscious mind doesn’t recognize the don’t, so it is working with the universe to attract more of what you don’t want.  The universe thinks that Marie is saying that she WANTS to manifest more players, a man who doesn’t listen, and someone not looking to settle down. (Scary, right?)

The solution is that Marie needs to say what she wants rather than focus on what she doesn’t want.

She can start to say, “I want a life partner who listens to me and is looking to settle down.”

MANIFESTING PITFALL #3: Not taking action.

Jen wants to become a writer and publish a book. 

She says, “I want to be a celebrated author with millions of people reading my words.” She has a clear intention and repeats this intention several times a day.  But she doesn’t take any action!

The solution is to take purposeful action.

She can start practicing her writing skills, researching what it takes to get published, or networking to find a mentor. Any of these actions demonstrate her clear intention to the universe and make her manifesting more powerful.  

How can I improve my manifesting power?
To make your manifesting more powerful, make sure you set a clear intention.  

Embrace Clarity

Can you see why the women in these examples were struggling to manifest their desires?

You need to make sure that you’re clear about what you want and what’s stopping you from getting there. Answer these questions to see if you’re falling into any of the common pitfalls:

1) What do you desire

2) Are you focusing way more time on what you don’t want rather than what you do want? 

3) What limiting beliefs are holding you back from your desires?

4) What new beliefs that are accurate and useful can replace your limiting beliefs? 

5) What small steps can you take immediately to move you toward your desired outcome?

Which manifestation technique is the most powerful?

The most powerful technique is the one you will follow consistently. Below are some of the common methods.  To get started, choose one that is easy to incorporate into your life because persistence with your practice creates results.

  • Saying positive affirmations
  • Journaling
  • Creating a vision board
  • Visualizing 
  • Practicing gratitude
  • Writing a letter from your future self
  • Surrounding yourself with positive people
Which manifestation technique is the most powerful?

What is the 3 6 9 manifestation method?

I like the 3 6 9 method because it is a simple rule that reminds you how often to repeat your manifestation intention during the day. 

To follow this method, write your intention three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times at night.  

3: Write your intention three times in the morning. 

6: Write your intention six times during the day.

9: Write your intention nine times at night.

What’s the difference between manifestation and wishful thinking?

Wishful thinking is sitting on your couch and thinking, “Wouldn’t it be nice to have a bigger home, a great relationship, or a fantastic job?” 

Manifestation is setting clear intentions, creating a routine where you consistently practice manifesting your intention and taking targeted action.  

Manifesting isn’t a “magic wand.” You can’t wave around your manifesting thoughts and wake up to find that all of your dreams have come true.  You need to take action to change your perspective and demonstrate your dedication. The subconscious mind works with the universe to create the life you want.
