Can You Manifest Happiness?

Many people think about manifesting as something that only applies to money, but what about manifesting happiness? Is it a thing?

The simple answer is YES. You can absolutely manifest happiness.

Can You Manifest Happiness?

Manifesting Happiness and Balance

One of the most important things you can do in your life is manifest happiness, health, and balance.

While people often think of manifesting tangible things that they can touch and feel, such as a vacation, a beautiful home, and a great relationship. What I would like you to consider is the importance of manifesting balance in your life.

You can focus on manifesting more time to do the things you love and to have quiet moments.

We are in a society that values efficiency, results, achievements and gaining more and more.  What I challenge everyone to do is to also work on manifesting balance which will result in happiness.

This may look different to everyone.

Here are some things that might create balance for you:

  • Having time each day to pause and reflect.
  • To read a book instead of constantly checking your phone.
  • When you are stuck in a lineup or waiting in a doctor’s office, practice pausing, being present, and breathing.  Check-in and see each moment of “waiting” as an opportunity to quiet the overstimulated mind and focus.

Quiet Time is Productive

What helps me in our supercharged society is to remind myself that quiet time doing nothing is productive.

When we are constantly stimulated and racing, we are not productive at anything.  We fall into bed and think of everything we need to do the next day.

If you can’t find the time during the day, it is easiest to get up earlier and train your body to have quiet time in the morning.

The goal needs to be to give yourself quiet time and to listen to yourself first thing.

Remember you are up early, so you don’t need to be checking anything on your phone.  This makes it easier to find these times during the day or at least to recognize how much you need these moments in a day.

Make Time Rather than Have Time

Also, remember, if your first instinct is to say I don’t have time to pause or sit quietly in the day, change it to I don’t make time to pause or sit quietly.

Then you have ownership over your time. And I promise you will be way more productive at your other tasks. My wish for you is to find more balance in your life today.

It isn’t about what you have to do or how long your list is because you can give yourself just 5 minutes at a time, and it will make you more effective at everything you do.  Just check in and ask yourself how you are doing.

Remind yourself you are here and you are important at this moment.

Just be with you.

Remind yourself you are here and you are important at this moment.
Just check in and ask yourself how you are doing.

How Manifesting Happiness and Balance Works for Me

When I first started manifesting, I only thought of things I could touch and feel.

While this is important as it helped guide me toward my dreams, I also learned that those things on their own wouldn’t bring me peace or happiness. You need to focus on the positive things you can do for yourself and those around you.

And you also need to recognize that on your journey of manifesting these lofty tangible goals such as wealth, you also need to consider how you want to feel.

What you focus on is what you create, so I urge you to also work on manifesting more peace (or quiet) because then you will start to recognize when you have these opportunities, and you will be tracking your progress towards this as well as towards wealth.

And yes, you can have happiness, peace, time and wealth.

It is equally important to clarify I am not a person who says manifesting money is bad.

I am a big advocate for understanding and improving your relationship with money.  Money may not buy you happiness, but not having money will also not buy you happiness.

What money does is allow you greater control over your life, which in turn gives you more freedom and time to make decisions to create more happiness.

So it is okay to manifest something such as money, but you also need to manifest peace, balance, and happiness.

Be Mindful when Manifesting Retirement as Your Golden Ticket to Happiness and Balance

I have had so many clients over the years who have said, “I can’t wait to retire and stop running.”

Then when they reach retirement, they realize they are still anxious and chasing the feeling of calm and balance.

They thought it was work that made them not have time, when in fact, it was their mindset.

Most people would enjoy working longer if they only paused more during the day.

Then when they choose to retire, they also have the tools to relax.
